Flat Rock's Plan for Consolidation of Services

Through an initiative from the State of Michigan's Economic Vitality Incentive Program ("EVIP"), local governments are required to development a plan to consolidate, coordinate and cooperate with other local units in an effort to reduce expenses for providing various services to their residents.  Some of the measures plan for a reduction in cost to provide the service.  Others allow for an enhanced level of service that might not have been possible without cooperation by various units.
